Working with the campaign management UI¶
This section provides an overview of how to set up and handle campaigns in the separate campaign management UI.
Beta feature
Retail Media features are currently in closed beta. Contact Voyado if you want to take part in the program.
As admin, you will be able to see all suppliers (clients) with access to your storefront. You can add new clients using the button in the top left and in the list you can see their current status.
Selecting a client takes you to the client view where you can see all campaigns the client has set up. If the client were to log into the system, they can access this panel and set up campaigns on their own (but not access the overview panel above). You should decide on whether to set up campaigns on behalf of your clients or if they should do it themselves. using this view, you can get detailed statistics on individual campaigns, and can toggle campaigns on or off.
When creating a new campaign, you must select which categories to run the campaign for. You will get a preview of which products are available in those categories but the campaign does not run on individual products.
Available categories
Note that only categories that both contain the client's products, and that have a sponsored list or slice set up in Elevate will be available to select in the UI.
